CONGRATS, THESPIANS!
In November 2019, Viking Theatre competed at the Texas Thespians State Convention. There were 8,000 students in attendance at the conference and 1,500 competing acts. BHS brought eighteen students who competed in groups (two group scenes, three monologues, and one musical duet). ALL eighteen received superior ratings and therefore qualified for nationals (two groups even got a perfect score)!
The International Thespian Society's National Conference takes place at the University of Indiana in Bloomington, in June of 2020.
